Prize money announced

Today's Masters winner will receive $2.7 million. That's a hefty increase from last year, when Hideki Matsuyama took home $2,070,000.

Second place and third place will get seven figures, too. The runner-up will get $1,620,000, while third will receive $1,020,000.

In total, the Masters prize purse is $15 million.
