Mary Elizabeth Janice Brennan of Aiken, S.C., and Cory Ronald Bryant of Aiken, S.C., were married June 12, 2021, at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.

The bride was given in marriage by Michael and Catherine Brennan.

The Rev. Gregory B. Wilson officiated.

The bride is a daughter of Michael and Catherine Brennan of Aiken, SC.

The groom is a son of Herbert R. Bryant of Graniteville, S.C., and Tracie Toulson of Avera, Ga.

Meredith Schehl of Chicago, Ill., was the maid of honor.

Megan Visotski Peace of Linden, Mich., was the matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Breanna Shroder of Charlotte, N.C.; Melissa Manning of Seabrook, S.C.; Laura Inclan of Charlotte, N.C.; Elizabeth Butler VonCannon of Charlotte, N.C.; Claire Jagielo of Chicago, Ill.; and Julianne Bryant of Graniteville, S.C.

Herbert R. Bryant, father of the groom, of Aiken, S.C., was the best man.

Groomsmen were Taylor Widener of Scottsdale, Ariz.; Preston Dawson of Aiken, S.C.; Ben Donath of Aiken, S.C.; Bryce Saunders of Pooler, Ga.; Alex Davidson of Lexington, S.C.; Stokes Griffith of Aiken, S.C.; and Michael Brennan of New York, N.Y.

Following a reception at the Aiken Visitors Center and Train Museum and Newberry Hall, the couple left for a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.

They will reside in Aiken, S.C.

The bride is a 2013 graduate of South Aiken High School. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed by St. Mary Help of Christians school.

The groom is a 2013 graduate of South Aiken High School. He is a graduate of Francis Marion University with a degree in accounting. He is employed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions.
